We fall into a more natural rhythm with the day, going to bed when it gets dark and getting up when it gets light out. You eat when you are hungry not when the clock tells you to. In the heat of summer early mornings and late afternoons/evenings are cooler and more suited to physical activity, mid-day is reserved for relaxing or exploring the countryside.
